The Wedding.

Anna and Heraldo got married on June 16, 2007. The ceremony and reception were both at Lucie Stern Center in Palo Alto (with the oak trees out front). They began the afternoon sharing tea with all their guests before the ceremony. Their dear friends Dan and Sherry Blanchard did the honors, while many of Anna's school friends and Heraldo's family flew from around the world to be present. After a Brazilian dinner with some very strong caipirinhas, there was a great performance by "Unscripted Theater" including puppets and musical improv. Anna strongly believes that every party is better with couches, purple fuzzy luv sacs, and a team of massage therapists. Everyone also enjoyed the dance performances by Decadance, the Decalums, the Alameda Ceili, and Black Sheep Bellydance. It was a party to remember.
